ActiveX Weather Retriever 'Programmer's Version' 

A 'silent' ActiveX DLL version of Weather Retriever with no GUI.  Can be called by your own weather application to receive weather for any zip code.  This DLL returns a string containing 16 different fields of weather data.  Includes international weather support.
